PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an optimum distortion compensated condition independent of a gain variation due to a environment change such as ambient temperature change, etc. or a secular change, etc. SOLUTION: This distortion compensated amplifier is composed of a first variable attenuator controlled according to levels of input signals and output signals, a distortion generator for generating a distortion canceling signal for canceling distortion appearing at signal amplification by an amplifier, and a second variable attenuator disposed between the distortion generator and the first variable attenuator.
