<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part transfer apparatus, in which an air passage connecting a suction head and an air pipe in a side of a vacuum generating machine is prevented from clogging with foreign matters and the suction head has a small resistance, when the head is turned. <P>SOLUTION: Each of suction heads 22 to 29 has a suction nozzle 8. An air pipe 42 in the side of a vacuum-generating machine 35 is connected via a connection member 41 to the suction head. The connection member 41 has a double structure for an inner cylinder 62 and an outer cylinder 64. The inner cylinder 62 is provided to the upper ends of the suction heads 22 to 29, and an air passage 39 communicating with the suction nozzles 8 is open to the upper ends. The outer cylinder 64 is mounted to the tip end of the air pipe 42. The inner cylinder 62 is rotatably fitted into the outer cylinder 64 and is supported via a bearing 73 in the outer cylinder 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
