<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing easy of assembling work and easy to incorporate into a device such as a spindle although it has seals. <P>SOLUTION: The double row cylindrical roller bearing 10 comprises an inner ring 1 having collars 7, 7 at both axial ends, an outer ring 2 having no collar, two-row cylindrical rollers 3, cages 4, 4, the seals 5, 5, and grease filled in a bearing space.
