<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem characteristic of the below-mentioned color enhancer by incorporating hollow particles together with the color enhancer such as titanium dioxide used as a white pigment in an emulsion ink for stencil printing, containing the color enhancer such as titanium dioxide to alleviate e.g, the disadvantage that pigment settlement occurs in e.g, a dispersion prepared by dispersing the pigment in a dispersion medium. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsion ink for stencil printing is an emulsion ink for stencil printing containing titanium oxide, etc., wherein hollow resin particles made from a resin material having a lower specific gravity than titanium oxide and being insoluble in an oil phase are contained in any of an oil phase, a water phase, and both an oil phase and a water phase.
