PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure acting as one-way clutch simply by arranging a circular cam on the transmission side of the torque and a contact on the reception side of the torque so as to face each other vertically. SOLUTION: In the torque transmission mechanism, the contact vertically suspended at the lower part of a rotor is so arranged on the surface of the circular cam as to face the circular cam in contact therewith. When the torque is transmitted to the circular cam in the direction of its normal rotation, the step part of the circular cam makes a rotor rotate normally by the continuous retention of the contact of the rotor facing it in the direction of its normal rotation. When the torque is transmitted to the circular cam in the direction of its reversion, the step part turns in the direction of facing none of the contact and fails to retain it, thereby shutting down the torque to the rotor in the direction of its reversion.
