PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a slip of a main reinforcement when an earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: A joining part concrete member for crossing a column and a beam, prevents the slip of the main reinforcement by a nonslip member to the joining part concrete member having fear of being caused by applying shaft directional force to the main reinforcement by the earthquake, by arranging the nonslip member integrally with this main reinforcement to the main reinforcement passing through the joining part concrete member.
