The distributor has a partition wall running over a part in a wave form. A flow connection (30) of a primary cycle is guided into a housing (10) through a reflux chamber (2`) and the partition wall. A tube end (32) is led through the partition wall to a position and a circular through hole (33) or circular arrangement of several through holes is provided around the tube end, for formation of a hydraulic deflector in the position.
