PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internally threaded fishing rod having a rod pipe strength hardly reduced even by a fishline guide protruded and arranged in the inside of the rod pipe body. SOLUTION: The internally threaded fishing rod is obtained by using a synthetic resin as a matrix, and protruding and arranging the fishline guide in the inside of the rod pipe body reinforced with a reinforcing fiber. The rod pipe body 20 has a thick intermediate layer 20B having a the reinforcing fiber mainly directed to the shaft length direction, a thin outer layer 20A arranged on the outside thereof, and having a reinforcing fiber mainly directed to the circumferential direction, and a thin inner layer 20C arranged in the inside and having a reinforcing fiber mainly directed to the circumferential direction, and further has a thin and longitudinally directed layer 20D arranged in the inside of the inner layer, and having a reinforcing fiber mainly directed to the shaft length direction.
