<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently control a moisture state of a fuel cell according to an operation state. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 32 and a hydrogen pump 34 are installed in a gas circulation passage connecting a hydrogen supply port 12 and a gas exhausting port 14 of a fuel cell 10, an air pump 44 is installed midway in piping 40 connecting an air filter 42 and an air supply port 16, a heat exchanger 52 is installed midway in piping 48 connected to an air exhausting port, moisture in the gas exhausting port 14 and the air exhausting port 18 is detected with moisture sensors 30, 50, and operation of the heat exchangers 32, 50 is controlled so that the hydrogen moisture or the air moisture detected with moisture sensors 30, 50 becomes a target value when the fuel cell 10 is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
