PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use accumulated data by accumulating, in collection of log data reporting the operation state of a management object device, only useful log data while avoiding accumulation of duplicate data and preventing loss of received data. SOLUTION: This system comprises a memory (queue) 32 temporarily accumulating log data, a receiving thread part 31 receiving log data from management object devices 1a-1c and inputting them to a memory device 32, and a writing thread part 33 analyzing the contents of log data stored in the memory device 32, selecting predetermined log data from the log data, and writing the selected log data to a database device.
