PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage mat massaging respective parts lower from the neck of the human body at similar strength and improving the sleeping comfort. SOLUTION: This massage mat is provided with mat elements 13-16 aligned individually corresponding to the scapula, the waist, the buttocks and the legs of a person hb lying supine respectively. The hardnesses of the respective mat elements 13-16 are so varied that a mat element, on which the body pressure of the person hb lying supine is applied hard, is made soft and a mat element, on which the body pressure is applied soft, is made hard. This massage mat is characterized in that the respective mat elements 13-16 are disposed with treatment air bags 22-26 inflated/deflated by feeding/discharging of the air respectively.
