PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shield conductor board for a connector with a mounting surface lessened, enabled to be out of hindrance to a wiring pattern, and capable of structuring a shield without any exclusive connector prepared. SOLUTION: The shield conductor board for a connector 1 built into an electric connector consisting of a female connector 30 mounted on a printed board 10 having a connecting terminal 31 and a male connector mounted on a printed board 20 having a connecting terminal 41 for suppressing noise leaked from the electric connector is provided with a grounding terminal 2 each connected to ground terminals 32 as a part of the connecting terminal 31 of the female connector 30, a grounding terminal 2 each connected to ground terminals 42 as a part of the connecting terminals 41 of the male connector 40, and a conductor board arranged between the printed boards 10, 20 so as to cover one side of side faces of the electric connector.
