PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for grating having higher sound isolation effectiveness and higher safety by greatly improving rattling of the grating and, at the same time, excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The pad comprises vertical plate sections 22 arranged along side plates 11 of the grating 10, a bottom plate section 23 mounting a bottom section 11B of each side plate 11 and a bottom section 12B of the end section of a main member 12 thereon, an L-shaped metal-made holding member 21 in side view having folded sections 25 and 26 formed by slantly folding to the outside along the vertical plate section 22 and the end section of the bottom plate section 23 and an L-shaped rubber plate member 30 in side view stuck on the outside of the holding member 21.
