PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive stainless steel fine mesh strainer for separating a thick liquid obtained after mixing fruits and vegetables in a mixer, into water and fiber. SOLUTION: An edge 3 is provided at the upper part of a glass container 1 to put the stainless steel fine mesh strainer 2 thereon. The mesh strainer 2 and a stainless steel pusher 6 are both fitted into the glass container 1 when putting a lid 8 by placing the edge 3 and a pouring mouth 5 parallel with each other. The lid 8 is removed to place the mixer 4 upside down on the mesh strainer 2. The thick liquid after the mixer 4 is separated into water and fiber through the stainless steel fine mesh strainer 2 which is simple and convenient. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
