The cleaning equipment has an electrically operated rotary brush and the brush head (4) is flexibly connected by goose-neck (2) which is connected with the baseplate (1). The equipment can be elevated at the mast by means of suitable guidance. The brush head is made up of felt rags and the head can be changed when required. A liquid lubricating agent or insecticide can be sprayed during cleaning.
