<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain greater reality about a conversation between avatars by a voice chat in a three-dimensional virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: First, a voice quality conversion processing part 307 performs the voice quality conversion processing of voice data used in a voice chat. Thus, a voice emitted by the voice chat is recognized not as a user's voice but as a voice of an alter ego. In addition, the time of voice data is shortened and a breathing pause waveform is inserted into a silent section on the basis of heart rate information set in a speaking avatar. Consequently, the voice (speaking voice of avatar) of the voice chat obtains variations that a speaking speed becomes high and low and also obtains a speaking voice in which a breathing pause is performed during speaking to thereby represent a feeling state by the speaking voice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
