PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite positioning method which enables to find an own position, even in case of an attenuated satellite received signal, with ultra-sensitivity and good responsiveness, and enables to process the data in real time by reducing the amount of data stored for calculation. SOLUTION: In this satellite positioning method, a receiver terminal receives a signal from a satellite and calculates its position. Time equivalent to one bit of navigation data of the satellite received signal is divided in two periods at data acquisition start time: acquisition time T<SB>1</SB>which is the first half, and processing time T<SB>2</SB>which is the second half. Signals received during the acquisition time T<SB>1</SB>are processed by correlation calculation during the processing time T<SB>2</SB>. In addition, the predetermined number of received signals corresponding to the acquisition time T<SB>1</SB>is obtained by delaying the data acquisition start time by minute time i, and each of the received signals is also processed by correlation calculation during the processing time T<SB>2</SB>.
