<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting edge apparatus which can excavate a tunnel by imparting vibrations to a cutting edge member. <P>SOLUTION: A vibrating cylindrical body 7, which can be moved and vibrated in the axial direction with respect to an outer cylinder 5, is provided in the cylindrical outer cylinder 5 which is pressed into ground 3; the cutting edge member 21, which has almost the same outside diameter as that of the outer cylinder 5, is integrally provided on the outer peripheral part of the cylindrical body 7; a rear side of the cylindrical body 7 is provided by being formed as a tapered body 25 whose rear end-side diameter becomes gradually smaller; and a vibration imparting device 35 for imparting the vibrations to the cylindrical body 7 is mounted on the cylindrical body 7. A leading end of the cutting edge member 21 is covered with a hard member 23. In addition, a following pipe 41, which is provided in the outer cylinder 5 or on the rear side of the outer cylinder 5, is equipped with a lubricant supply part for supplying a lubricant to an outer peripheral surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
