PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new corrugate plate member constituting an arrangement functioning as a member of a storm water storage seepage tank or the like, allowing the inside of the arrangement to be seen and excellent in storage and conveyance. SOLUTION: In the corrugate plate-like member having a flat top section, a cylindrical section toward a lower part or an upper part is provided by opening to the top section from the flat top section, such a taper as getting narrow toward the other end from an opening section is provided to the upper part of the cylinder, the corrugate plate-like member is so formed that the other end of the cylindrical section is arrived to a virtual plane formed of the other top section, the inside can be seen because it is formed in a cylindrical-shape. Bearing strength is high since there is the cylindrical section. The arrangement is so constituted that the corrugate plate member is one dimensionally or three dimensionally placed, and it can be used as the storm water storage seepage institution or a lightweight filling.
