PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the number of components, labor for construction, and costs are increased because a pawl and a groove are purposely provided in an anti-fall structure of a conventional gate, wherein the pawl and the groove are combined together, and the accumulation of sediment and dust in the groove, into which the pawl get, may cause a hindrance to the opening/closing of the gate. SOLUTION: When the gate 3 is tilted to a front side (in a clockwise direction), a backside lower end of a sash sheave 21a is locked to a locking part 29a of a rail 23a as indicated in a magnified state in Fig. 3, and the further tilting of the gate 3 is regulated. Additionally, when the gate 3 is tilted to a rear side (in a counterclockwise direction), a backside lower end of a sash sheave 21b is locked to a locking part 29b of a rail 23b, and the further tilting of the gate 3 is regulated.
