<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment appliance for an endoscope, even when winding an insertion part to become compact, easily winding the insertion part and reducing the loads of the insertion part and an operating wire. <P>SOLUTION: This treatment appliance 1 is provided with a support member 6 to be fixed to a treatment section body 10 of a distal end treatment section 3, and the operating wire 5 opening/closing a pair of biopsy cups 12; and the support member 6 and the operating wire 5 are aligned in the length direction of the treatment appliance 1.
