PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch capable of passing a signal, having DC offset through a multipolar multi-throw switch employing FETs, capable of performing positive power supply operation, even with respect to the use of a compound semiconductor for high-speed operation, and capable of readily enlarging the scale of the switch. SOLUTION: A 2×2 switch is constituted only through series connection of FETs, a 4×4 switch is constituted using five units of 2×2 switch, and an 8×8 switch is constituted using five 4×4 switches.
