<p>The rear end surfaces of slide guides (12) extending rearward beyond a valve member (6) are configured to abut against a rear stepped surface (5d) when the valve member (6) moves in a valve-opening direction, thus regulating an amount of movement of the valve member (6). This prevents the spring (7) from becoming fully compressed. As a result, even in a case where the spring (7) is made of a synthetic resin, deterioration, due to stress relaxation, in a biasing force can be suppressed, thus maintaining stable check valve functions. <IMAGE></p> |
