PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly and suitably blow out temperature-conditioned air at a predetermined temperature at a start of cooling operation by simple improvement. SOLUTION: Operation control such as driving a blower fan is conducted in accordance with output of an operation signal by turning on an operation switch (S1). Then, it is determined that an operation mode is a cooling mode (S3), and whether or not a temperature differenceΔT is more than a set temperature difference or whether or not the operation is started is determined (S4). When it is determined that the temperature differenceΔT is not more than the set temperature difference or the operation is not started, a process shifts to a step S5 and start control is conducted, and opening of an electronic expansion valve is opened to possible opening. Then, it is determined whether the operation is started or not (S6). When it is determined that the operation is started, the process shifts to a step S7 and steady control is conducted, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve is switched to the opening necessary for a steady cooling operation state.
