Intermediate rail brace has rail, reinforced-concrete tie, springy gasket, rail pad, nuts with springy elements and pressing appliances placed in sequence in the depression of the tie. To increase reliability of rail fixation to the openings of the springy gasket, rail pad and reinforced-concrete tie pin is installed. At that the connection of the upper section of the pin with the lower section is made with displaced axes one with respect to another, and in the place of joint of those in the middle section of the pin shaped support is provided, this is reaming with rectangular cross-section.
