A rotary car dumper rotary contains an open freight car, a rotor, a cradle with a platform installed on it, cross beams with supporting pads and vibrators, a frame and a drum, drives. The drum is mounted on parallel guides tracks of cart and is located with possibility of turning. Drives contact with the toothed rims fastened to the drum. Open freight car is maintained in inverted position by supporting pads. Open freight car is mounted in the rotor on two supporting tubes, which hang on the discharge side on the rollers located on gage guides between outer disks and intermediate half-dick, which, without upper part, is rigidly fastened to the side beams without leaning against the foundation. From the opposite side each tube is fixed on articulated rods on the beams located between outer disks and intermediate half-disk. Intermediate half-disk from below has two sides of support for initial position of tubes, and the platform of car dumper consists of two shortened sections with four hinged suspensions each.
