The roof has a gypsum board (5) fixed on top of electrical radiant heating equipments (10-13) of a vapor barrier. Standard active parts of the equipments are surrounded by neutral parts that cover location surfaces except the active parts. The equipments are covered by heat insulators (6-9), where longitudinal edges of the equipments and the insulators are jointed under axles. Dimensions of the insulators and the equipments are same. An independent claim is also included for a method of implementing a built-up roof.
