Amphoteric liposomal formulations, especially for parenteral applications, contains at least one active substance and neutral lipids as the liposomes with serum stability

Amphoteric liposomal formulations, with serum stability and with at least one active substance in a watery solution, having liposomes as neutral lipids with a membrane content of 10-60 mol.% and cholesterol at 30-50 mol.%, are new. The lipids carrying a charge are either amphoteric lipids at 3-30 mol.% or a mixture of cation and anion lipids at a maximum total level of 50 mol.%. The active substance contains at least one oligonucleotide.
