PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiling guide enabling traveling filament yarn to be uniformly oiled while sizing the filament yarn in making a high-speed spinning of the synthetic fiber filament yarn comprising thick-fineness multifilament, thereby enabling significantly reducing yarn breakages and yielding high-grade filament yarn. SOLUTION: The oiling guide (1) comprises a yarn-noncontact surface (2) expanded in funnel shape toward the upstream side of yarn (Y) traveling, at least three lubricant extrusion ports (4a), (4b) and (4c) opened on the yarn-noncontact surface (2), a yarn-contact surface (3) furnished succeedingly to the yarn-noncontact surface (2) and provided with a part for sizing the traveling yarn (Y), and a plurality of means for continuously feeding the at least three lubricant extrusion ports (4a), (4b) and (4c) with a lubricant while metering it. This oiling guide(1) works to feed a lubricant from the yarn-noncontact surface (2) to the yarn-contact surface (3) so as to include the traveling yarn (Y). COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
