PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding device capable of reducing a construction cost and of being installed at a place where a working hole can not be excavated. SOLUTION: This grounding device is composed of a rod 2 driven from the earth's surface e1 of the earth E into the earth and having a bit 1 attached to a tip thereof, an appropriate number of rods connected to the rod and driven into the earth, and a grounding wire 7 lastly driven into the earth and connected to the rod.
