PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service presenting system and a service presenting method by which an information system and a communication system are merged to manage a job and its situation effectively utilizing information. SOLUTION: A communication system 10 merges communication between an SIP system 12 and a Web system 14 via cooperative management sections 56 and 78, initiates a call attempt management section 54 of the SIP system 12 in response to a request from a call attempt management section 82, and registers a call attempt, for example, in a SIP-DB 24, and a result of registration is provided to the Web system 14, and displayed for a Web client 20. A matter of business is then inputted and registered in a Web-DB 36, and a connection or monitoring service is offered between SIP clients 46 and 48 connected to the SIP system 12.
