FIELD: electric engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tubular electrode, pipe of current-conductive material provided within tubular electrode and conjugated with current-conductive coating provided on internal surface of tubular electrode. Tubular electrode is closed at both ends with plugs. High-voltage fuse axially disposed within pipe has cylindrical case with fusible insert of high-melting point material, said insert connecting two electrodes. One of electrodes is rigidly connected to pipe and other electrode is connected to power supply.
