<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety in a region where a ground fault caused by an earthquake or the like occurs even after resuming power transmission by utilizing an early earthquake warning signal obtained by analyzing a sound waveform of brontide after detecting an earthquake P wave or the brontide before the occurrence of an earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: The security management method in the power supply system is composed by connecting a master station provided with a function for receiving the early earthquake warning signal, and a slave station provided with a means for controlling each section switch to open and close and an earthquake ground fault detecting means by a communication line. When the master station receives the early earthquake warning signal, the master station transmits a warning signal to each slave station. The slave station which once detects the earthquake ground fault and protects the region by opening the section switch corresponding to the region, where the earthquake ground fault is detected, even after resuming the power transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
