<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the loss of a transformer iron core when a transformer is manufactured by using a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel plate with high B8, and further, to improve a building factor (BF) without deteriorating workability of the manufacturing of a transformer. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating coating with coating tensile force of ≤4 MPa, lower than that of a normal grain-oriented electromagnetic steel plate, is formed on a finishing annealing film. Concretely, in the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel plate for a three-phase laminated iron core, the insulating coating has ≥1.88T of formation B8, the insulating coating is formed on the finishing annealing film, and tensile force to be imparted to the steel plate by the insulating coating is ≤4 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
