<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual pump reducing total inspection time of a plurality of valves, facilitating design and manufacture of a valve, replacing the plurality of valves collectively, and being miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: Since a suction side check valve 35A, a delivery side check valve 35B and a pressure relief valve 35C are built in one valve cartridge 17, it is not necessary to perform one valve-one inspection at a time of valve inspection and inspection of all valves can be completed at one time and total inspection time can be reduced. Design and manufacturing of the valve are easy, three valve can be replaced collectively, and miniaturization can be done.
