PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cartridge for chemical reaction which is excellent in precision and reproduction, and also realize a manufacturing method therefor and a mechanism for driving a cartridge for chemical reaction. SOLUTION: The cartridge for chemical reaction is composed of a rigid-body substrate and a container formed with an elastic body. A plurality of rooms, which are arranged to be connected or possibly connected to each other at a flow path, are formed in the container. External force is applied to the container from outside of the container to move fluid materials in the flow path, the rooms or both to conduct a chemical reaction.
