PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, lightweight and inexpensive outdoor camera turning apparatus surely enabling birds to be repelled irrespectively of the size of such birds. SOLUTION: This outdoor camera turning apparatus is provided by equipping a rotating-type bird-repelling mechanism comprising a propeller 10, wherein the propeller 10 is constituted of a flexible material such as expanded polystyrene rather than a metal in order to ensure birds not to be killed or wounded and reduce driving energy to a minimum. Thereby, the apparatus can be driven by wind power, or even if being a motor driving type using a battery or solar cell, this apparatus saves energy to be minimal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
