PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device, decreased in size and weight, and reduced in outside diameter, and heightening handleability and workability as compared with the conventional one having excessive structure with respect to refrigerant withstand pressure. SOLUTION: A movable valve 3 moves forward and backward interlocking with the rotary operation of an operating body 5 from the outside of a plug 2 to be seated on a valve seat 10 or separated therefrom, thereby closing a primary side passage 11 or opening the primary side passage 11 to a secondary passage 12 and a communicating passage 13. The interlocking part of the movable valve 3 and the operating body 5 and a gap part between the operating body 5 and the plug 2 are intercepted from the secondary passage 12 by a bellows 6, thereby preventing leakage from the secondary passage 12 to the outside. Instead of the conventional valve body, a pipe member 1 is used, and the movable valve 3 is reciprocally moved through the operating body 5 to intercept the communication with the outside by the bellows 6 so that favorable sealing is performed without the conventional sealing ring and a valve lid.
