<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range hood having less degraded smoke sucking performance at the front end even with a long smoke introducing part following an increase in the size of a kitchen. <P>SOLUTION: The range hood comprises a smoke guide plate 75 with which a smoke suction introducing passage 70 is partitioned into a first flow path 71 and a second flow path 72. The first flow path 71 guides smoke at a smoke introduction port 73 on the base end side within a predetermined distance from a side wall 2 through a crosswise passage tending to the side wall 2 and introduces it into a hood case 5 (a suction fan 6), as it is. The second flow path 72 guides smoke at the smoke introduction port 73 at the front end side beyond the predetermined distance from the side wall 2 through the crosswise passage tending to the side wall 2 along the inner wall of an upper wall of the smoke suction introducing passage 70 (the smoke introducing part 7) and introduces it into the hood case 5 (the suction fan 6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
