PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the consumption of the standby power of a radio communication control means when a network is not configured in the radio communication control means installed in the control device of an air conditioner for forming a home radio network. SOLUTION: When a power to the air conditioner is turned on, an open/close means is closed by the action of an operation control means to supply power to the radio communication control means, and that state is kept unchanged for a given time Twl. When a communication establishment code is stored in a nonvolatile memory, the open/close means is kept unchanged to continuously supply the power to the radio communication means.
