SHROUD AND PIN FOR SOCKET CONNECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit electronic component assembly for enhancing reliability of connection between a surface-mount pin and a complementary-shaped socket. SOLUTION: Shrouds (24, 24', 24'') interacting with a circuit electronic component (20) defining electronic component faces (38, 40) having an array (46) of pins (34, 34') protruded from the components faces (38, 40) to interact with the corresponding socket (14) includes flat face members (52, 52', 52'') defining arrays (60, 60', 60'') of an opening to compensate the array (46) of the pins (31, 34').
