摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared ray receiver having sensitivity higher than conventional one and wide reception bandwidth. <P>SOLUTION: A light receiving circuit 156 for receiving a plurality of channels sending infrared rays as a medium is provided with two photoelectric conversion circuits 220, 220a; and an adding circuit 246 adding the output signals. In addition, the respective photoelectric conversion circuits 220, 220a have tuning circuits 226, 226a, respectively. Respective turning frequencies f1, f2 are different from each other. The tuning frequencies f1 and f2 of the respective tuning circuits 226, 226a are set so that the output level of the adding circuit 246, in other words, a general tuning level obtained by the respective tuning circuits 226, 226a may be a specific level or more required for obtaining the good reception sensitivity in the frequency of the receiving channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
