<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component holder capable of preventing a change in electronic component holding power even after long-time use by suppressing and preventing the separation of an electronic component including a flexible printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a supporting substrate 1 of which both sides are flattened, and an elastomer holding layer 2 which is stacked on the front surface of the supporting substrate 1 for removably adhering a flexible printed circuit board 3. The water absorption of the elastomer holding layer 2 is made into 0.1% or less. The elastomer holding layer 2 contains dry fine powdery silica generated by high-temperature vapor phase reaction in 10 to 150 mass%. The elastomer holding layer 2 contains not wet silica but the dry silica, and its water absorption is made into 0.1% or less, thereby suppressing and preventing the separation of the flexible printed circuit board 3 as little as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
