<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an abrupt change, and to enhance monitoring performance and reliability by one range monitoring, when dividing a measuring range into a plurality to output a logarithmic measured signal and range signal. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a measuring instrument 1 for inputting a measured value, and a measuring instrument 2 for monitoring the measured value. In the measuring instrument 1, a wide range of measuring range is measured, the input measured value is converted to output a measured value signal, the measuring range is divided into the plurality to determine that the measured value belongs to any measuring range, and a range signal of the determined range is output.
