METHOD OF SELECTING GOLF CLUB SHAFT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of selecting an optimal golf club shaft for a golfer.

SOLUTION: The method of selecting the golf club shaft includes a step of detecting a head speed when striking a golf ball during a golf swing using a reference golf club, and a downswing time from the start of a downswing in a top state during the golf swing until striking the golf ball; a step of computing the hardness of the golf club shaft suitable for the golf swing using the head speed when striking the golf ball and the downswing time; and a step of selecting the golf club shaft having the computed hardness of the golf club shaft.
