PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic TFT provided with an organic acceptor film. SOLUTION: An organic TFT is provided with an organic semiconductor layer, source and drain electrodes connected with the organic semiconductor layer electrically, a gate electrode provided in such a manner that it is insulated by the source and drain electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer, respectively, and an organic acceptor film interposed between the source/drain electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer.
