The present invention relates to a kind of instant wonton and its preparation, particularly to a kind of instant wonton obtained by vacuum drying after cooking and its preparation. The technical field belongs to instant food industry. The process is: preparing wonton by common methods, cooking, cooling and quick freezing, then vacuum drying and packing the wonton. The wonton according to the present invention combines good tasting, high nutritional value of common wonton with ease of storage, schlepping, comsuming of instant food. Further, the wonton can have different taste as employing diffierent stuffing formula, thereby to satisfy various need of consumers. In addition, the present invention solves the problem that some cosumers like consuming wonton but not good at cooking or have no time for cooking. |
