<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of preventing valve leak sufficiently even in case the differential pressure of the fluid is low, for example in a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The check valve is structured so that a valve seat 21 made from a ring-shaped resilient piece mounted at the peripheral edge of an opening 14 in a fluid passage 12 is fitted on a stem 15, for example formed protrusive from the end face of the valve body 11, and thereby mounting can be established in the condition that the peripheral part does not abut to the valve body 11 and is released to the outside. This allows generating a flat seal surface without such a risk that waviness etc. on the top of the resilient piece drops the flatness of the seal surface, and it is possible to secure the sealing performance sufficiently even in the case of making service in a low differential pressure condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
