<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy recognition of the state of a window on a screen by setting a general menu item on an operation screen of an operation system. <P>SOLUTION: A computer system 1 performs setting and display control of an operation menu, a general menu and a task bar on a screen by task bar control 101, operation menu control 111 and general menu control 121 in a screen display control part 18.
