<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system that prevents the trading conditions of trading during a file update from adapting to invalidated trading conditions, and readily responds to trading applications from customers. <P>SOLUTION: Files 11 and 12 register in advance update trading conditions and a scheduled update date, and files 13 and 14 store current trading conditions, the last update completion date and a scheduled next generation update date. Database extracting means 31 extract necessary information from the information registered in the files 11 and 12, and according to the extracted information through schedule determining means 32, rescheduling instructing means 33 set, for example, brands whose trading information is to be changed on the next day. The processed trading information is passed to center cut (C/C) registration file creating means 41, and the supplied trading information is registered in registration filing means 42 and supplied to C/C CCP means 50 via a C/C-related infrastructure 43.
